Since most items are 'made to order', please note that it may take up to 10 business days for items to be ready for shipping. However, most of the orders will be shipped within a week.

For International Customers - Customs and import taxes
Since every country has a different import tax rate, we are not able to estimate the actual amount for it. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Return, Refund, Warranty
You can return your item within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with your refund request. Then you have 7 more days for preparing the return shipping. The following items can't be returned or exchanged.

Please contact us if your item is broken outside the warranty period. We will fix your jewelry with a minimum fee.
Order Cancellation
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order if you want to cancel the order. A 10% cancellation fee of the item amount will be applied for any cancellation request after 24 hours.
